The U.S. State Department considers products manufactured with LANX Fabric a controlled technology subject to the International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 CFR Sections 120-130. This regulation can be reviewed at this link.

Countries prohibited from receiving information or purchasing LANX products per the ITAR can be reviewed at this link.

In order to initiate an export license application, the end user must submit an original end use certificate (DSP-83) along with a purchase order with shipping instructions to LANX Fabric Systems.
